The Vanity Bonfire marketplace is a platform for buying and selling vanity license plates. We act as an intermediary and do not guarantee the legality of transfer, availability, or condition of any plate listed on our platform. Users are solely responsible for verifying the transferability of plates in their respective jurisdictions. Vanity Bonfire does not take possession of any plates and is not a party to the transaction between buyers and sellers.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Vanity Bonfire. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Vanity Bonfire. User-submitted plate listings and content grant Vanity Bonfire a non-exclusive license to display and promote said content on the platform.
